Beginning on Wednesday, May 27th, join Alan Sloan on-line for an hour of mindfulness practice and discussion. Each weekly session will begin with 15 minutes of guided mindfulness meditation instruction, followed by a short presentation on integrating mindfulness into everyday life. There will be an opportunity to discuss and share our experiences. Everyone is warmly invited to join. There is no cost for participating. The sessions will use the Zoom Meeting plug-in*.
